Clint Moore
Chief Executive Officer
Clint joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023 bringing his 25 years of Insurance, Payments, and Digital Transformation experience. His passion for accelerating growth by solving client challenges and helping founders scale businesses is unlocking additional ways for Owl Practice Suite to enable the trusted bond between therapist and patient.
When not in the office, Clint spends time outdoors surfing, running, or relaxing with his family.
Tom Woiteshek
Chief Financial Officer
Tom is an operational CFO with extensive experience in private equity, corporate development and strategic finance. He previously worked in finance and strategy roles at leading B2B software & services companies, as well as a private equity associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe and as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. Tom prides himself on effectively partnering with other functional leaders to deliver additional value to our customers and investors.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family, watching his Chicago sports teams and training for his next marathon.
Melissa Alvares
Head of Marketing
Melissa joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023 because it brings together her passions for purpose-driven business, healthcare technology and organizational transformation. Melissa has 20+ years of experience leading all aspects of marketing including revenue generation, product marketing, brand/PR/IR and revenue operations. Her specialty is driving exponential growth by equipping marketing and sales teams with the capabilities to capitalize on a clear go-to-market strategy. Melissa has held marketing leadership roles in both the technology and healthcare sector including at CloudMD, MindBeacon, Swift Medical and Softchoice. She has been named to CDN’s Top 25 Women in IT and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of brand, growth and Health Tech.
Melissa enjoys adventure travel with her family, playing ultimate frisbee and exploring the city on her bike.
Eric Lalonde
President, EHR
Eric joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023, as the president of Owl Practice. With an MBA from Ivey Business School and over 20 years of leadership experience, he leads the strategy for our EHR Solutions.
Eric began his career in mobile communications in the late 90s, progressing rapidly through various roles, in 2005 started focusing on what is known today as SAAS and cloud computing. Over the last 20 years, Eric has held different leadership positions in companies varying in size from Start Ups to Global 500, focusing on organizations that offer solutions centered on Health and Wellbeing.
As a huge animal lover, his family currently has 4 pets, and plans to adopt miniature Highland Cows and other farm animals.
Kate Anderson
President, Adoption Solutions
Kate joined Owl Practice Suite in 2023 bringing 10+ years of Healthcare Insurance, Payments and Tax Automation experience. She is passionate about growing and scaling business and has led teams through technology transformations, modernizations and globalization. She is responsible for leading Adoption Solutions.
Kate began her career at Benefitfocus, a cloud-based benefits administration technology company, ultimately leading product strategy for Health Plans. After leaving Benefitfocus, she joined Fiserv leading product, strategy and business development of financial reconciliation products with focus on acceleration of growth at scale. After leaving Fiserv, she held product leadership role at Avalara delivering on technology consolidations and growth through partnerships.
Kate graduated from University of Warsaw, Poland with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She enjoys going to the beach, exploring new restaurants and spending time with family.
